As our Lead Architect, you'll lead the charge in designing AI systems that extract actionable insights from vast, unstructured data sources. You'll collaborate directly with Robert Loughan, Ferret.ai's co-founder, whose entrepreneurial track record includes multiple billion-dollar exits, such as the $3.2 billion sale of Octane Software. With his support, you'll have the resources and autonomy to build your own team, drive innovation, and shape the future of AI-powered decision-making.

What You'll Do

* Architect advanced AI systems using state-of-the-art technologies
* Design large-scale data models and implement ETL pipelines for unstructured data
* Leverage databases such as MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval at scale.
* Ensure enterprise-grade security, compliance, and performance across all AI solutions.
* Stay ahead of advancements in generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and transformer-based architectures to maintain Ferret.ai's competitive edge.

What You Bring

* Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
* Proven experience designing scalable AI architectures for large-scale, unstructured data processing.
* Expertise in leading-edge technologies like MongoDB, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
* Deep knowledge of transformer models, neural networks, NLP techniques, and multimodal AI systems.
* Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build and manage high-performing technical teams.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
