We are looking for a strong professional who will learn the in's and out's of our Fluke Sensor and Tool line products and assist in our Global efforts to expand and grow our business in a technical sales and support role. Our products and services are successful in part because they are very effective but also because of our commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate in this role will be passionate about engaging customers and work closely with our Customer Success team to help grow our cross sales efforts. Job Responsibilities ? Technical sales and post sales support measured by cross sell revenue for our Fluke Sensor and Tool products ? Prioritizing and driving resolution on escalated customer issues ? Present and articulate advanced product features, benefits, and overall product solutions ? In-depth understanding of clients and their business needs/goals allowing you to identify and develop upsell opportunities ? Present and articulate advanced product features, benefits, and overall product solutions ? Design and create technical sales presentations and conduct targeted, custom product demonstrations ? Design and create technical sales presentations and conduct targeted, custom product demonstrations ? Adapt and customize presentations to the requirements of a particular opportunity ? Provide technical sales support and serve as a technical resource to the CSM team on product capabilities ? Provide product training to CSM team to ensure they are knowledgeable ? Works successfully with all levels of the organization internally and partners externally ? B.A. or B.S. degree required ? 2 years of Technical Sales or Account Management Experience ? Comprehensive understanding of pipeline revenue, forecasted revenue, and sales cycle revenue management with the ability to meet deadlines ? Experience working with large enterprise Fortune 100 clients with a strong executive presence ? Proven ability to drive continuous value of products ? Previous SaaS experience is a plus ? Must be able to present himself/herself in a professional manner and possess excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written) ? Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects ? Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively ? Proven ability to demonstrate software solutions and execute successful proof of concept plans ? Proven interpersonal management skills and exceptional business acumen ? Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on quality of work ? Ability to travel up to 50% SDL2017
