We're seeking a *charismatic, driven, and technically-minded* Sales Professional who thrives on building relationships, uncovering customer pain points, and presenting high-value technology solutions. *Key Responsibilities:*
* *Travel* throughout Puerto Rico to visit clients in the Medical, Pharma, and Biotech industries
* Understand and analyze customer technical needs by asking the right questions and engaging with engineers and decision-makers
* Evaluate opportunities across territories and manage your time and visits efficiently
* Collaborate with our engineering team to propose the most effective technologies
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demos
* Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing
* Maintain accurate records in CRM and support internal planning and forecasting
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Must own a *reliable car* and have a valid driver's license
* Ability and willingness to *travel frequently* across the island
* Strong technical aptitude — able to grasp complex technologies and explain them simply
* Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written
* Self-motivated, well-organized, and accountable
* Previous experience in technical sales or field applications is a *plus*
