The *Technical Support Specialist – Computer Systems* is responsible for assisting the General Manager in achieving the company's annual objectives as outlined by the Board of Directors. This role provides technical support to both internal office operations and external clients to ensure effective and efficient performance of all technical support functions.
The specialist plays an active role in executing the operational plan and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring optimal operations across various company areas.
