General Description
Provides customers excellent telephone service to assure the retention and growth of clients’ portfolio ensuring that customers receive the best service possible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Analyzes client needs of service and claims, evaluates the different alternatives to satisfy them, and makes decisions to resolve them immediately. Promotes cross sales of financial products and services. Solves situations within the authority frame granted or refers those that are outside his/her authority. Provide information regarding products and services offered by Popular, such as loans, credit cards, credit lines, payments to vendors, balance inquires, and other.
Education
+ 60 Bachelor's degree credits approved
Experience
At least two years of experience in customer service or sales.
Other Qualifications
Willingness to serve the client.
Ability to identify the client’s problems and necessities in order to offer different alternatives and solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in groups.
Ability to manage difficult situations with clients.
Communication skills in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
Ability to establish priorities and work with multiple tasks at the same time.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to work extended hours, holidays and travel if necessary.
Computer skills.
Other Requirements
In order to be considered, you must have the availability to start on
December 2018
and complete the full time training for a period of 6 weeks in business days during the same month.
