We have multiple full-time, part-time, regular and temporary positions for our Retail, Operations and Digital Channels Divisions in the following locations: San Juan Metro Area, Aibonito, Bayamón, Caguas, Carolina, Guaynabo, Manaí, San Lorenzo y Yauco.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver a unique customer service experience utilizing effective questioning and listening skills to anticipate and determine the customer’s needs and concerns, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Promotes and provides information on the bank’s products, services and channels.
Identifies cross-selling opportunities and refers customer to appropriate parties.
Respond to customer needs quickly and accurately, consulting with customers and finding alternative methods to respond to needs in a compliant manner.
Manage & process a variety of transactions and related duties in support of our financial products.
Minimum Requirements:
Completed associate degree or technical certificate in Business Administration or related fields required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Must be service and customer oriented, with extensive interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of financial products and services preferred.
Communication skills, spoken and written in English and Spanish are required.
Intermediate proficiency in English is highly preferred.
Availability to work in various shifts and days required. Flexibility to work overtime and/or irregular schedules that may include weekends is highly desirable.
