Overview Enterprise Rent-A-Car's Carolina,PR location has an opening for a Temporary (90 days) Full Time (40 hours per week) Administrative Assistant for the Business Management Department and its various functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and highly cognizant of the importance of maintaining confidentiality. Responsibilities Learning and becoming proficient at license and registration process Pay invoices using accounting data entry program (Peoplesoft/Excel) Keying cash receipts for accounts receivable/preparing deposits for bank Handling customer inquiries and concerns Creating and maintaining Group/Department reports, matrixes and stack rankings Creating and distributing correspondence such as letters, memos, faxes, etc. Filing & other general clerical/administrative duties Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must also have strong time-management/organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Candidates must be professional, diplomatic and have strong customer service skills. Candidate's should be comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
