*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Terapista Ocupacional to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals of all ages to enhance their ability to perform daily activities and improve their overall quality of life. This role involves assessing clients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to promote independence and well-being.

*Responsibilities*

* Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
* Implement therapeutic activities that promote skill development and functional independence.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure holistic care.
* Educate clients and their families about the therapeutic process and strategies for improvement.
* Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
* Maintain accurate documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

*Qualifications*

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Valid state licensure or certification as a Terapista Ocupacional.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Experience in various settings such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, or schools is preferred but not required.
* Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology is a plus.
