Training & Development Specialist

The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for the planning, design, coordination, and administration of internal and external training programs for all levels within the organization. Develops strategies to improve resource efficiency.
Requisitos:
Master’s Degree on Industrial Psychology, Human Resources or related areas
Minimum of one year of experience supervising employees and/or coordinating efforts (preferably in a Call Center)
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in quality processes and curriculum designs
One (1) year of customer service experience
Hands on experience with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge in web platform development software’s
Excellent analysis comprehensive and critical judgement skills
Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Excellent communication skills (spoken, written and reading)
