Transfer & Training Coordinator

Descripción del Empleo:
This position will support in the execution of the knowledge transfer strategy. Responsible to coordinate trainings; administer Learning Management Systems for the project team, monitors training progress for trainees, perform travel arrangements for trainees, among other activities required under the established strategy. Create and update training matrix for all positions (pre and post start up).
Coordinate Training areas and schedules for trainees and trainers.
Develop project documents such as training content, visual aids, specific project processes, tracking tools, among others. Provide technical support to assure training effectiveness and other tasks.

Requisitos:
Full bilingual Salary $15.00 per hour Associate Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Sciences, Engineering or related field, preferred; or equivalent experience
At least two (2) years of experience in project management and system management, preferred.
Demonstrated training analytical skills. Drive and ability to be a self-starter. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to acquire quickly new knowledge and skills as required, specifically e-learning programs and software (preferred). Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage many tasks/projects simultaneously.
