Minimum Requirements:
* Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
* A minimum of *12 months of Stepdown experience* in an acute-care setting within the last 3 years
* *BLS* required (certifications may vary depending on location; ACLS may also be required)
* Proficiency in *Medical Records*

*Responsibilities*
* Provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including ICU and acute care environments.
* Perform essential nursing tasks such as catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate medical records.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to ACLS and BLS protocols.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Utilize EHR systems for documentation and patient tracking.
* Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during their stay.
