Full Time Opportunity General Description Responsible for the administration and general accounting of the assigned personal Keogh Plans. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential duties include, making contribution and distribution entries, valuation of plan participants accounts, disbursements of benefits payments, preparing monthly reconciliations and files maintenance, among others. Collect fees through verbal, written reminders and telephone calls. Prepare Federal Annual Returns/Reports of Employee Benefit Plan and all Form 5500-SF Short Form Annual Returns/Reports of Small Employee Benefit Plan and any required schedules and attachments, Offer an excellent service to guarantee the satisfaction of its customers. Work as a team with other officers in the different processes related to the daily management of their accounts and actively respond to the requests of their clients. Collaborate in the different audits to which we are subject in the Division. Education Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting Experience At least two years of experience working with retirement and savings plan. Other Qualifications Knowledge of the stock market business. High level of organization to prioritize, works with multiple simultaneous tasks, meets deadlines and be flexible to changes. Ability to analyze situations, anticipates problems, evaluate options and make decisions on time. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork. Demonstrates an attitude of service for clients, peers, supervisors and managers. Proficiency in the use and management of personal computers and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication, both in English and Spanish.
