As a Quality Auditor, you will audit calls or transaction work and provide feedback to team members to reduce errors and improve processes and performance, as well as analyzing information to build recommendations. Primary Responsibilities: Provide expertise and support by conducting audits to ensure processes are being followed and standards are being met Define/recommend process improvements to meet current and future customer experience Analyze information to build recommendations to reduce errors and improve Ensure appropriate usage of available resources by agents in performing their job function (e.g., applicable scripts, process and procedures, etc.) Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance ENGLISH PROFICIENT ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER APPLICATION You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: High school diploma / GED (or higher) Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including Microsoft Office Word (creating and editing documents), Excel (general spreadsheet navigation, data entry) and Outlook (email and calendar) 1 years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems OR 1 years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer 1 year of experience as a quality auditor Ability to work 40 hours / week during standard business operating hours Monday - Friday from 9am - 7pm AST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) Demonstrated expertise in use of call center software programs Leadership experience (Coaching, disciplinary actions) Medical terminology knowledge Previous Data Entry Experience Healthcare Experience Careers with Optum.
