This position will be managing properties in our Metro Area (Dorado to Rio Grande). You will be able to work from home and have flexible work hours but must be within a reasonable commuting distance to visit properties from Dorado to Rio Grande 5 days a week.

*Job Description*
Vacation Property Manegrs Managers are in charge of the following:
* Guest Management: Once guests arrive in Puerto Rico, they are in the hands of the Guest Service Manager. Guest Service Managers reach out to each guest 48 hours before arrival to ensure guests are crystal clear on the check-in process. Guest Service Managers must be 100% available for guests during their stay to quickly attend to any issues that may arise. You will be handling around 40 check-ins per week.
* Property Management: Maintain all West Indies properties in top condition. This includes repairing any items damaged from wear and tear and, more importantly, ensuring that properties are in a constant state of improvement. It is the Guest Service Manager's responsibility to constantly ask the question "How can this property be even better" and execute. You will have a handyman directly reporting to you and will have access to the West Indies housekeeping division and external maintenance suppliers. You will have about 30 properties under management.
* Owner Management: The owners of the properties we manage are as important as the guests that stay in them. Property owners expect their property to be kept in top condition, and they expect the highest returns possible. This means that owners will be keeping an eye out for unnecessary expenses and will want to see us charging the highest nightly rates possible. It is the Guest Service Manager's job to be the single point of contact for the Property Owners. You will be handling about 20 Property Owners.

* Be the direct contact of guests and owners for 35-45 properties
