We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Parking Attendant to join our team. This role involves interacting with guests, managing vehicle flow, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

*Responsibilities*

* Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles.
* Ensure the safe and efficient parking of vehicles in designated areas.
* Communicate effectively with guests to provide information about parking procedures and facility amenities.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments for parking services.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
* Assist in managing vehicle flow during busy periods to optimize space usage.
* Drive vehicles of various sizes, including manual transmission, as needed.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the parking facility.

*Requirements*

* Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
* Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
* Experience with cash handling and retail math is advantageous.
* Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission.
* Valet parking experience is a plus but not required.
* A positive attitude and willingness to assist guests at all times.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
