We are seeking a skilled and motivated Validation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing, configuring, and optimizing manufacturing processes with a focus on improving production efficiency, ensuring high quality, reducing cost, and promoting sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, configure, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve output efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness while supporting sustainability goals.
* Create and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and work instructions.
* Investigate non-conformances, complaints, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs), ensuring effective root cause analysis and resolution.
* Ensure timely and efficient completion of engineering and manufacturing projects.
* Interpret and apply knowledge of pneumatic and electrical schematics.
* Identify and implement solutions to production and process issues within assigned scope.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, production, and other business areas.
* Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, Minitab, and AutoCAD for reporting, analysis, and documentation.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferred in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
* 1 to 3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
* Lean and Six Sigma methodologies; certification is a plus.
* Experience interpreting 2D and 3D engineering drawings.
* Proficiency in key software applications: Microsoft Office, Minitab, AutoCAD, MS Project.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
