In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Claro products and services to customers in a retail environment. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets and fostering long-term customer relationships.

* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
* Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
*Skills*
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
* Sales experience or a background in retail is preferred but not required.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
* Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
