Vetting Analyst

Bluehawk Consulting is seeking an Independent Contractor for an Analyst role with our team working on-site in Humacao, Puerto Rico with one of the largest software development companies in the world. The team is focused on improving software security measures. We’re seeking a team member with superb experience analyzing complex datasets, identifying threat trends and solutions for remediating those threats. The role will work closely with our business partners.

This role will need in-depth experience SQL to perform queries, while ideally possessing experience using various business intelligence tools and technologies (i.e. Power BI and Python).

This is a great opportunity to learn about software security and anti-piracy approaches, work with big-data tools and work with of a host of leading-edge technologies.
Requisitos:
Technical Skills: • SQL Skills to write/edit queries to pull data from data sources
• Experience with Python or like tools preferred
• Experience developing and monitoring analytics/metrics, analyzing BIG Data, and partnering with internal teams to identify and drive processes and improvement opportunities
• 3+ years’ experience conducting analysis and data mining using SQL and Excel
• Experience analyzing large datasets with SQL, Python, Excel, etc.
• Provide detection of relevant information to improve rules development used for prevention of fraud, piracy and cybercrime
• 3+ years’ experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role
• 3+ years specialized industry or professional experience in analytics and/or business analytics, or a relevant college degree and at least two years of industry experience
