Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters/Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, fine dining environment, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with food industry standards are preferred. Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
* Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
* Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
* Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
* Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and serving
* Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and setting up for new guests as needed
* Manage cash handling accurately and process payments via POS systems
* Address guest inquiries promptly, resolve issues professionally, and foster positive guest relations
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth operation during service hours
Experience
* Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
* Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is preferred
* Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic food preparation is advantageous
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests courteously and professionally
* Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail
* Skills in upselling, sales techniques, and guest relations will contribute to success in this role
* Basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering are required
