*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment, La Corchea PR. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service, with the ability to upsell menu items and enhance the dining experience for our guests. This role requires strong time management skills and the capability to thrive in a fine dining or nightclub setting.

*Responsibilities*

* Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
* Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
* Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using Aloha POS or similar systems.
* Upsell food and drink items to maximize sales opportunities.
* Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
* Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments efficiently.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
* Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
* Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service during busy periods.

*Qualifications*

* Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or fine dining setting.
* Familiarity with POS systems.
* Strong upselling skills with the ability to engage guests effectively.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
* Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
* Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to create an inviting atmosphere for guests.
