Warehouse Operator

*Overview*
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our team in Carolina, PR. This role is crucial for ensuring the proper handling, storage, and distribution of refrigerated and pharmaceutical products while maintaining high-quality and safety standards.

*Responsibilities*
* Operate a forklift safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, and storing merchandise.
* Receive, organize, and store refrigerated and pharmaceutical products following company procedures.
* Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing merchandise to ensure quality standards are met.
* Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
* Follow safety procedures and regulations for handling refrigerated and pharmaceutical products.
* Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations.
* Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times.

*Requirements*
* Valid forklift license.
* At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, specifically handling refrigerated and pharmaceutical products.
* Basic or higher English proficiency to understand written and verbal instructions.
* Availability to start shifts at 6:00 a.m. or 6:30 a.m., depending on operational needs.
* Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise as needed.
* Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and handling procedures for perishable goods is a plus.
* Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
* Mechanical knowledge and experience with heavy equipment operation are desirable.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of safety regulations, including OSHA standards, is highly valued.
