Warehouse Supervisor

Descripción del Empleo:
Maintains receiving, shipping, inventory control and pick, and pack operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing departmental programs and operational work instructions and process.
Assures Work Orders are issued, picked, pack are closed in a timely and accurate fashion.
Controls inventory levels and accuracy by overseeing and preforming physical cycle counts, reconciling with date storage system.
Recruits orients and trains staff as well monitors their performance and progress.
Ensures compliance with Company programs such as Lot Control, & Security
Maintains warehouse operations capacities by inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement and planning and implementing new design layouts.
Oversee security and general upkeep of warehouse, including regular maintenance of equipment.
Interacts with various customers, vendors, and/or serv
Requisitos:
Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent (College Degree is a plus)
Requires 6 to 7 years in warehouse management experiences
Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
Strong organizational and follow up skills
Budget development and management skills.
