Job Description:

• Set up, operate, and maintain flexo folder gluer machines
* Monitor production for quality and consistency
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
* Ensure job orders are completed accurately and on time
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:
* Previous experience operating flexo folder gluer machines or die cutters preferred
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Ability to read job tickets and production specs
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
