Full Time Opportunity General Description Attract, develop and maintain relationships of trust and loyalty with affluent clients, both current and potential, to offer them an excellent service and highly specialized in advising financial products and services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Identify business opportunities with Popular and offer alternatives. Coordinate with the corresponding departments and companies all the financial services that the client may need. Increase the portfolio of deposits, loans, relationships, products and profitability of the clients. Advise the client in an integrated manner through collaboration between team members, composed of people from different specialties or business lines of the Bank. Offer financial planning as the beginning of a client's life cycle and refer it to the corresponding area. Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting Experience At least three (3) years of experience in sale of banking and financial products and services. Domain of the products and services offered by the Individual Banking, Finance and Commercial Banking markets. Other Qualifications Experience in managing relationships with affluent clients. Knowledge of the laws that apply to the financial industry. Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain good relationships with clients and different work groups. Excellent negotiation skills at different levels within the Bank and other popular companies, with the purpose of attracting attention, marketing, presenting advantages and achieving objectives. Skills to prepare and give effective presentations. Excellent interpersonal relationships and teamwork skills. Proficiency in communication skills, in English and Spanish both verbally and in writing. High level of ability to organize your work, plan, coordinate and delegate tasks to effectively manage time and resources. Have and develop technical knowledge in areas such as: investments, trusts, insurance, financial planning, commercial credit, contributions, accounting and analysis of financial statements. Knowledge of the Platform Systems PISYS, Pegasystem, ACAPS and MTS. Information systems skills that must include operational knowledge in Microsoft Office such as: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook among others. Basic knowledge of investments and insurance.
