General Description
Develop and maintain close relationships of trust and loyalty with customers of high levels income. Provide services to clients with liquid assets from $250K to $3MM. Offer excellent service, highly specialized in consulting of banking products and financial planning through the customer life cycle and their various financial needs. Achieve increase services, relationships, products, volume and profitability of their customer base. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Build and manage a portfolio of clients that, in addition to traditional banking services, consists of a variety of credit and deposit solution finding.
Develops new relationships through calling on targeted potential clients; uncovers prospect needs for products and services and recommends solutions.
Develops sales plans and strategies to help structure and seal deals with high close rate.
Conducts client needs assessments through profiling and proactively manages relationships that focus on the delivery of customized solutions for each proposed client.
Identify cross-selling opportunities to deliver appropriate retail and trust services such as credit cards, insurance, investment and financial planning services.
Collaborates with other specialists and takes ownership for resolving client's banking issues, to ensure exceptional client experience is delivered. Work closely with their internal referral partners to coordinate and develop a well customized plan for each client in the areas of Personal Finance.
Provides client with current industry trends and commands a thorough knowledge of banking products and solutions.
Monitors and act on current customers’ loan delinquency to proactively maintain asset quality of loan portfolio.
Monitors customer information, products, financial plan and market trends to identify new needs and opportunities.
Ensures service standards and metrics are met based on client banking needs and segmentation.
Ensures prospect/client information is appropriately entered, updated, and managed.
Education
Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Business Administration, Finance and or Accounting or Master Degree (MA)
Experience
At least (2) two years of related experience in sales and service
Certification or Licenses
Insurance Licenses. Desirable: Certified Financial Planner, Certified Public Accountant CPA or Lawyer
Other Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, both oral and written.
Skills in systems such as; Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP
Ability to prioritize and anticipate situations.
Ability to identify problems, analyze their causes and resolve them in a timely and accurate manner.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and delivery dates.
Ability to adapt to changes, new situations and work under pressure.
