Full Time Opportunity

General Description

Develop and maintain relationships of trust and loyalty with the entire portfolio of Wealth Management clients. Provide an excellent service through a personalized relationship, work as a team with the Wealth Advisor, colleagues in the unit and the different dependencies of the Institution. Between these; Popular Securities, Popular Insurance, Fiduciary Services, Popular Mortgage, Popular Auto and others, with the purpose of supporting and executing requests from our clients with these areas. Address the financial needs of the client, monitor transactions and claims, complying with the rules and operational procedures of the unit at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and send letters, memos.

Document every interaction with customers in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, to keep all the team informed.

Make transfers between accounts, telepayments and wire transfers in the MTS system.

Check daily overdrafts and contact clients to decide about the case before 10AM.

Carry out collections for your client portfolio to minimize losses. Refer to the Wealth Advisor the cases that need your intervention. Document each management in the CAC system.

Analyze and enter ACAPS credit requests.

Make openings of deposits accounts in PICS and of CDs and IRAs in PISYS.

Provide follow-up to clients to ensure that all the required documents of openings and with the corresponding signatures are obtained.

Assist the customer in Mi Banco with the unlocking, password reset and / or security questions through the CSR Tool application and ATH Móvil.

Follow up on claims and other requests that allow us to exceed customer expectations.

Keep clients informed of what is being worked on, to develop and maintain relationships of trust and loyalty.

Generate courtesy calls to customers, send birthday cards and appreciation notes for important events.

Contact clients to analyze and document the transactions that arise in the BSA (Assist) reports of their client portfolio and other required ones.

Document DCI at each account opening.

Use the Prop hit tool to assist clients with requests related to their credit cards.

Access the Web AMMO application to obtain account statements requested by clients.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience

Two (2) years of experience in sales or service functions preferably in banking products.

Other Qualifications

Knowledge of the Bank's deposit and credit products and services.

Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Knowledge of the process of opening banking products such as: checking accounts, reserve lines, credit cards, IRAs, ATH, Telepay, etc.

Excellent teamwork skills, interpersonal relationships and negotiation.

Knowledge of platform systems, PISYS, PICS, ACAPS and MTS.

High level of organization to establish priorities, work with multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines and be flexible to change.

Ability to work under pressure with a minimum of supervision.

Knowledge and mastery of MS Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Excellent oral and written communication, both in Spanish and English.
