Administrative And Customer Service Support

Enter and track all incoming orders and order processing in system.· Communicate any Order Acknowledgement changes.· Monitor invoicing.· Entering new customer account info for accounting to assign a new client number.· Orders status (when customers call asking for status)· Quotes with CRM· Provide Shipping, weight, and dimension information and coordinate shipping paperwork when required.· Close out orders, billing & logistic coordination.· Support and assist the Director in all travels to special events, such as sales meetings, trade shows, etc.· Support the Director with all meetings and events planning and execution.· Assist the Director in obtaining prices & lead times from USA manufacturing plants.· Submit monthly credit card expense report with receipts to accounting.Requisitos:· Available for International travel, when required. Should be less than 10%.· Support the customer with Credit Application, Credit Card Processing, and Credit Terms.· Translate quotes from US factories into Spanish for submittal to distributor or representative agency.· Provide customer service to existing customers and prospects to include product information, website navigation, pricing verification, quotation updates, shipping and logistics, lead times, etc.· Must be fully billingual (Spanish / English)· Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Word· Customer Service oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills.· Minimum of an Associate Degree and 5+ years of administration experience·
