Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more, according to our recipes.Attend to customers at the counter, take orders, and respond to any menu-related inquiries.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including the coffee machine, preparation station, and service area.Ensure all products are prepared and served to company quality standards.Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.Provide exceptional customer service by offering product recommendations and addressing customer needs in a courteous and friendly manner.Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and a positive work environment.Stay current on menu items as well as trends in the coffee industry.Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all timesRequisitos:Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.Strong passion for coffee and customer service.Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and different bean varieties.Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive work environment.
