Claims Specialist

General Description Investigates and analyzes claims to solve them ensuring customer retention by providing the best service in accordance with established policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities It has the responsibility to work the analysis of accounts, claims, registration of military cases, sending of required notifications such as letters related to credit cases, express car fines, among other tasks. This is in compliance with corporate policies and procedures Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Experience Two years of minimum experience in jobs similar to the position; preferably Accounting. Other Qualifications Ability to identify problems, analyze their causes and use initiative and judgment to solve and make decisions within delegated responsibility. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork, to maintain effective relationships with co-workers and external clients. Ability to handle unforeseen situations and pressure. Skill to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. Excellent oral and written communication. Intermediate / advanced knowledge in the Excel program.
