Conduct account analysis to identify delinquent accounts and determine appropriate collection strategiesContact customers via phone, email, or mail to discuss outstanding balances.Resolves, collects, and handles past-due accounts and outstanding invoices by account analysis.Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely mannerUtilize financial concepts and medical billing knowledge to explain charges, insurance claims, and payment options to customersMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activitiesManages multiple aging reports for different entities.Works State & Federal Bankruptcy referrals.Handles tenant requests or inquiries concerning invoices, charges and payment plans, among others.Meet collection targets and goals set by the companyRequisitos:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related 3 or more years of collection experience.Knowledge of accounting concepts related to accounts receivable and collectionsProficient in using collection software and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge in English & Spanish
