Develops, in conjunction with senior corporate and site management, the IT strategic and tactical plans. Plans, budgets, and manages all IT functions for the PR site. Determines appropriate composition of IT staff based on strategic plans. Makes recommendations and drives approval, in conjunction with other departmental managers, for major system installations or changes and for obtaining required equipment and capital.
