As an Front Line Leader - Operations Manager – Team Leader, you will directly lead and guide 15-20 associates in delivering service and operational excellence through the consistent application of Human Capital strategies, which focus on continuous improvement in the areas of contributions, competencies and performance. Role Responsibilities: Ensure appropriate staffing levels are achieved to ensure resources are managed effectively Provide guidance and leadership to associates and serve as a mentor for their day-to-day activities Identify reasons for variation in individual performance and take appropriate actions that will result in improved performance Analyze data to guarantee key performance measures are met, while aiding in the removal of barriers to success Maintain proactive communication with other departments Role Requirements: High School Diploma At least 2 years of prior supervisory/management experience At least 2 years of prior work experience in operational setting (insurance processing, customer service or call center processes and practices) Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs, e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc. General understanding of economic, financial and operational concepts · Must be able to read, understand and communicate in both English and Spanish Preferred Requirements: · Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Reporting Relationships: You will have 15-20 direct reports, and you will report to a department manager.
