Operations Program Manager

Get onboard the Company Aerospace Operations and Supply Chain team and play a part in managing our innovative products from inception to delivery. Operations and Supply Chain employees have the opportunity to network across our businesses and functions, all while improving the productivity, quality and efficiency of our operations worldwide. Primary Responsibilities Manage all efforts required to meet and exceed customer targets and delivery plans within assigned program Ensure that manufacturing plans and schedules are met in order to comply with customer demands Create Line of Balance and Operations status report for Critical programs Lead the coordination and development of general strategy for manufacturing programs in terms of cost, quality, process and delivery during all program phases including early and mature stages Provide technical and operational excellence recommendations that improve customer service levels and metrics Serve as the main liaison between the program office, operations and the customers by having daily direct communications Lead transition activities of hardware builds between plant sites Coordinate activities between operations, engineering and enterprises Lead and support process improvements and/or corrective actions initiatives Provide feedback to team members to ensure the required levels of performance are obtained Job FunctionGeneral Management Job Discipline Marketing Product Management Experience/Qualifications .Basic Qualifications 4 of more years of manufacturing experience Preferred qualifications Setting clear goals and milestones, measuring performance Experience in Project management Proven ability to come up with creative solutions to complex problems by applying technical knowledge and business judgment to identify approach and methods Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, data analysis, attention to detail with outstanding organizational skills Outstanding presentation, verbal, and written communication skills (Spanish & English) Must be able to work with multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent analytical skills to support effective decision making Excellent cross-group collaboration and demonstrated team leadership capabilities Education Bachelors Degree engineering preferred with 7 years of manufacturing experience Master’s degree engineering or business preferred with 4 years of manufacturing experience
