Support sales channel employees in the application's data entry and disbursement processes.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRefer incomplete or pending applications to the different areas for adequate follow-up or completion of the missing tasks.Support sales channels in the application follow-up and in the credit card booking.Be connected to the Help Desk ACD to assist Bank Consultants in the consumer credit origination process and to manage any system troubleshooting.Education24-60 Bachelor's degree credits approved in Business Administration or related fieldsExperienceTwo years of experience in customer service.Other QualificationsGeneral knowledge of consumer credit products, procedures, and regulations.Knowledge of the ACAPS system and MS Office programs: Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.Flexibility to adapt to new situations and rapid changes.Demonstrate initiative to find solutions and make decisions within delegated responsibility.Ability to work under pressure.The skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to handle situations with strict confidentiality.A positive attitude and willingness to listen, understand, and solve customers' needs.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English and Spanish.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Work ScheduleMonday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.ValuesPassion for PeopleSucceed TogetherOwn Every MomentBuild the FutureJob Segment:Customer Service Representative, Customer Service
