Trust Representative

Full Time Opportunity General Description Manages trust accounts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform administrative and technical tasks related to the processing and accounting payments of 401k Retirement Plans and Pension distributions. Prepare and coordinate federal and state tax payments retained from distributions. Respond to client calls and service requests and tend to their needs adequately, including claims. Make any accounting entries that come about from the claims. Comply with IRS and Hacienda regulations. Education Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Experience At least two years of related experience. Other Qualifications High level of organization, able to establish priorities, work with multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Knowledge in federal and state laws that govern the Fiduciary Services industry and/or related activities Excellent interpersonal, customer and teamwork skills Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision Excellent oral and written communication in English and Spanish Knowledge in MS Office programs like: Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook Available to work extended hours, weekends and holidays Competencies Accountability Analytical Discipline Collaboration & Teamwork Change Agent Customer Centric Self Development Business Excellence Character SDL2017
