Cummins is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator needed at our Service Center in Catano, Puerto Rico . This person will performs a variety of duties in the Warehouse including pulling orders, operating forklifts, stocking shelves, and other duties to contribute to the efficient operation of the distribution center. Responsibilities: Pull orders from warehouse shelves to fill orders. Place items in containers and wraps for shipment. Loading/unloading trucks. Perform various material handling duties in the facility using forklift. May be assigned specific duties, such as shipping or receiving. Check packing list for accuracy, inspect goods, and place materials in totes to be shipped. Follow all safety rules for order-picker truck operation and uses fall protection at all times when driver's platform is elevated. Follow all safety instructions as given by management. Performs additional duties as may be assigned by supervisor. Supports and reflects the Cummins practice of being customer led and customer focused. Complete all required training. Completes an individual development plan for personal and professional improvement Qualifications Experience Minimal level of work warehouse experience required Basic level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products and parts preferred Education, Licenses, Certifications High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements Candidate must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing and meet all physical requirements for the position. Must have the physical ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Protective Glasses, Protective Gloves, and Protective Footwear as required. Physically able to perform essential functions of the job, including bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance. Standing 7.5 hours per day. Pushing/Pulling 4.0 hours per day. Sitting 1.5 hours per day. Lifting 6.5 hours per day. Lifting up to a maximum of 80 pounds.
