Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and proceduresCodes invoices with accounting accounts numbers according to distribution in the general ledger.Review and verify invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to paymentResponsible for monthly and year-end closing of the general ledger including analysis of expenses and preparation of journal entries of assigned accountsDetermines dates for invoices to be paid and key invoices into computerized accounts payable system.Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactionsAssist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payableAssist with other accounting tasks as neededRequisitos:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.2+ years of experience in accounting.Strong working knowledge of Excel.Knowledge in English & Spanish.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
