Our client, a prestigious tax consulting firm is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Consultant Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in tax law, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients.Duties:Support the Legal Director in labor compliance and litigation areas.Create and/or document policies, procedures, and programs.Draft, review, and administer contractsMaintain accurate and organized client recordsAssist with the compliance needs of the company and its clients.Track and manage deadlines and steps in any service or legal issues.Structure, draft, review, and analyze reports and other legal documentsOther projects as assigned by ManagementRequisitos:Qualifications: Juris Doctor Licensed Attorney Public notary preferredFully bilingual in English and Spanish
