Discover your full potential with Staff4Half today!   We're seeking a self-starting, hands-on Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a fast-paced working environment. You'll be instrumental in driving sales pipelines and exceeding revenue goals. In this role, you'll be responsible for: Prospecting for new clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement. Qualifying leads by understanding their needs and pain points to determine a good fit for our solutions. Delivering compelling presentations that showcase the value we offer. Negotiating deals and closing sales. Building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients. Contributing to the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives. Thrive in a dynamic environment and take ownership of your work. To be successful, you'll need: A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field (experience can be adjusted based on your needs). Experienced in remote work settings and comfortable with autonomy. Native or advanced English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills. (US clients) A strong understanding of the sales process. The ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly. A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus.
