General Purpose of the Position  The Customer Experience Coordinator develops and maintains strong, positive relationships with assigned customers. Act as the main point of contact for all your needs and inquiries. Is responsible for making sure that customers are satisfied, get the most value from products and investments, and achieve their goals over time. Evaluates and shares reports on the performance of different client campaigns. Seeks Red Flags from customers, in the event that a customer is dissatisfied with any product or service provided is responsible for providing an alternative solution. Also, is responsible for raising the image of the company before our clients, being proactive, efficient, diligent and with a quality of promptness in the management of his responsibilities.   Pri    Core Competencies  Passionate about service excellence. Efficient in managing time sensitivities and emergencies Excellent oral and written communication is required. Ability to monitor campaigns Ability to provide strategies according to the client's industry Ability to work under pressure with a minimum of supervision   Pri    Principal Responsibilities   Monitor and follow up on accounts that have been completed in Onboarding, so that they pass the Fulfillment process in the established time, resolving any eventuality that may arise. Creation and monitoring of claims. Maintain constant monitoring of services to ensure that they are meeting the objective offered to the client. Call the customer and report these findings and make recommendations based on those results achieved and desired. In case the results obtained are not as expected by the client, make the necessary recommendation to meet their expectations. Notify the corresponding departments of any abnormality observed in the campaigns. Document everything that happened with the accounts, for future reference. Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with the team for new ideas and strategies. Other related functions can be assigned.   Education, Skills and Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations. Or related careers Minimum of one year of experience in jobs related to advertising/marketing agencies, public relations, media, or customer service. Previous experience in sales and customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Spanish. Creative and innovative thinker and planner. Confident in producing work across multiple platforms. Familiarity with keyword placement, analysis, and SEO. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Google ads Search certification, Google display.  Knowledge of Google Business Manager.  Computer/software skills, including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Power Point, Excel) Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a problem-solver.   Powered by JazzHR
