Our extensive trajectory demonstrates the resiliency and determination of our employees to innovate, reach for the right solutions and strongly support the communities we serve; therefore, we value their diverse skills, experiences and backgrounds.Are you ready for a rewarding career?Over 8,000 people in Puerto Rico, United States and Virgin Islands work at Popular.Come and join our community!Job TypeFull-timeGeneral DescriptionAssess the data loss prevention program (DLPP) and collaborate with Cyber Security to create data loss prevention program.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesConfirm Ownership and Certify Authorized Users (NAS and Not in NAS)Prepare/update procedure manual and update existing manuals.Review alerts and coordinate with data owners the remediation process.Built-in additional DLP rules/policy.Create DLP procedure manual.Resolve troubleshooting and oversee alerts remediation.Give awareness/training to data owners.Collaborate with record retention area the enforcement of the record retention policy/program.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (cont.)Collaborate with Digital Workplace the migration of SF to O-365.Coordinate with Digital Workplace, Cyber Security and Microsoft team to apply data classification prospectively and retrospectively.Create sensitivity labels and establish controls in coordination with Cyber Security, Digital Workplace and Microsoft team.Create DLP policies.Test DLP policies and calibrate the policies depending on results.Create roles and responsibilities of the DLP ProgramGive awareness/training to data owners.Assist in the planning and implementation of an Insider Risk Management (IRM) program.EducationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Computer ScienceBachelor's Degree from an accredited University/College in Information Systems or related fieldsExperienceThree (3) years of IT and networks experience with strong internal controls or audit background.Working knowledge of data management, including database and spreadsheet applications, with the ability to use moderately complex models or specialized computer applications.Certifications / LicensesNo certifications or license needed.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong business acumen: ability to understand the needs and concerns of business stakeholders and colleagues and respond promptly and effectively to stakeholder requests. Ability to conduct analysis on work procedures, business results and recommends changes to improve the effectiveness of the business's management.Communication skills: effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to foster trusting relationships with colleagues and clients. Highly develop written and verbal communications skills, strong ability to communicate ideas (storytelling). Strong quantitative, research and analytical skills. Experience with data analysis, persuasive and informative writing, workload management, and process management.Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Develops alternative solutions.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (cont.)Project Management: Ability to prioritize and work with multiple projects and tasks with minimum supervision; self-direct and task switch between strategic and tactical initiatives regularly. Capacity to achieve results according to plan ensuring the expected quality. Excellent organization capacity to define priorities, meet deadlines, and flexible to change. Knowledge on project coordination, identification of business needs, work plan, budget control, time management, resource allocation, team management and status reports. Must demonstrate leadership, logic, and reasoning skills.Operational/Regulations Processes: Knowledge on budget administration, resources allocation, organization's policies, and regulations. Ability to establish, conduct and track operational processes properly.Computer and Technological Skills: Proficient in MS Office 365. Experience with data management tools such as Power Pivot, Power BI, among others is desired.
