We're dedicated to fostering talent and providing a nurturing environment for individuals looking to kickstart their careers in hospitality.Requisitos:Responsibilities: Assist with front desk operations at the boutique hotel, embodying our design-centric approach in guest interactions and experiences.Support the property management team with day-to-day operations of vacation rentals, ensuring our design vision is reflected in every guest touchpoint.Collaborate with our design team to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our properties and create visually captivating experiences.Aid in food and beverage service, ensuring that our design ethos extends to dining experiences and presentation.Provide administrative support, such as data entry, inventory management, and assisting with guest communications.Have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our design philosophy by participating in property walkthroughs and design brainstorming sessions.Qualifications:Passion for hospitality, design, and creating memorable guest experiences.Currently enrolled in a hospitality management program, design program, or related field, or
