Professional Engineer

Professional engineer (PE) Duties include: Reviewing and evaluating drawings, plans and multiple projects progress.Managing subcontractors as needed to ensure budget and timeline adherence ensuring compliance to applicable codes, and accepted engineering practices.Enhancing dialogue between key stakeholders by providing regular updates and creating regular project progress reports.Engage with clients to define and achieve a successful outcome.Monitoring project completion status and presenting progress reports.Deliver project assets on time and under budget with feasibility.Complete work within budget and time schedules, ensuring compliance to applicable codes, and accepted engineering practices.Make sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety standards.Requisitos:Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering. Minimum ?ve years of experience in Project Management, Project Inspection and quality control required.Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Schedule review experienced.Strong problem-solving and communication skills. A leader and problem solver with a demonstrated collaborative work ethic.Review contractors' monthly certi?cations.Develop scope of works.Coordinate project trades.Computer skills are a must have.Negotiation, Supervisory, LeadershipVerbal and written communication in Spanish and EnglishKnowledge of relevant legislation.Ability to adhere to budgets, submit necessary budget amendments, and adhere to timelines.Prior experience in a consulting position.Demonstrated skill in Project Management.Strict attention to detail.
