Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities • Manage and enhance all aspects of the day-to-day accounting functions, including financial analysis, chart of account design, planning, budgeting and forecasting, revenue cycle management, cost management, accounting and other controls, treasury, tax, financial reporting and audit.• Provide overall leadership and build out the company's management reporting, financial planning and budgeting processes.• Operate as a strategic partner to the Co-Founder and Commercial Director and the Co-Founder and President and rest of the team.• Provide effective and visible accounting leadership, ensuring the development of required financial capabilities for the company. Recruit, retain and develop talent as needed and provide coaching and mentoring as needed.Requisitos:Accounting/Financial leadership experience. • An experienced leader and accounting/financial executive with appropriate full accounting cycle, revenue cycle management and potentially multi-site experience.• Tactical hands-on experience.• Experience building robust accounting/finance functions from the ground up for rapidly growing company.• Quickbooks/Intuit experience is a must.• Experience working with Quickbooks/Intuit products, preferably Quickbooks Online.• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required. Master's degree in accounting, finance, or CPA (Certified Public Accountant)certification preferred.• Experience in a senior or supervisory accounting role preferred.• Strong background in financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and financial analysis.• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other
