As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. Your main duties will include supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. - Function as floor supervisor allowing Managers to be occupied on other tasks. - Manage hotel guests interactions. -As a floor supervisor you will be the face of the management team when on shift. - Function as a runner as necessary. - Audit inventory, make shopping lists, keep track of items needed.
