Creates processes to support high quality, compliance and ensure that technology aligns with business goals and functions efficiently in cloud-based environments with a global user community.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTechnical subject matter expert in our Engineering, Product Management, Business, and operational areas.Partner with business and development teams to understand and elaborate requirements, conceptualization, design, and implementation of new solutions.Translate business requirements to technical stories and work with development teams to ensure they are built to the expected quality.Document technical requirements with supporting business requirements, use cases, current vs future state flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.Analyze business and technical processes and data flows across the systems landscape.Organize and lead business design sessions and prepare business design documentation for features planned for a release.Perform analytical assessments, data interpretation, feasibility analysis, and provide reporting on technical solutions for initial project scopes.Help define technical best practices, business architecture standards, and guidelines.Responsible for identifying and inventory process pain points and gaps in best practices.Participates in technical design discussions to ensure the design meets specifications with security, compliance, and data management aspects in modern cloud applications.Supports the implementation of prototypes and proof of concepts, leading design sessions and organization and executing sprints.Conducts workshops, focus groups, brainstorming, observations, and surveys/questionnaires with the technical team to determine the requirements and optimizations needed for development processes.?
