Performs all payroll adjustments and data entry, finalizes payroll and transmits data to Workday System for payroll final processing TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES (DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES): Maintain time and attendance systems (Kronos) with accurate information formal employees, schedules and other required fields. Support all forecasts and budget processes as required. Performs data entry as needed for all associates punches exceptions. Performs payroll adjustments to the system for absences paid and exceptions. Runs weekly payroll closing procedures. Comply with Sarbanes Oxley Regulation. Prepare overtime report and keep it updated. Prepare required documentation for all payroll journal entries prepared by BAS, during end of month closing. Prepare any other payroll report required by management. Responsible to provide any documentation to BAS for the GL Reconciliation's. Adhere to and recommend routines to ensure adequate internal controls. Audit and submit invoices for temporary help employees. Prepare and update headcount report in a monthly basis or as required. Support finance team as requires. Confers with the management and employees on special payroll issues. Observes all company and regulatory EHS requirements. Observe confidentiality and data privacy rules at all time. Qualifications EDUCACIÓN Y/O EXPERIENCIA (EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE): Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent degree with payroll experience. Two - three years of experience in Payroll and General Accounting. CUALIFICACIONES (QUALIFICATIONS): Able to successfully work in a team environment with a positive work ethic. Excellent organization, interpersonal and team work skills. Attention to detail necessary. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
