Accountant Finance Analyst

Descripción del Empleo:
Support Production and all other Departments. Analyze the P&L and Cost of Production Accounts
Work with monthly closing and monthly schedules.
Prepare Operational Measurements.
Prepare annual forecast for Salary, Indirect and Wage associates.
Perform all assigned jobs in compliance with the established GMPS, while maintaining the
highest level of quality in every task.
Support Latest Estimate’s activities and analysis
Prepare month end and quarterly reporting; including ERP system upload
Calculate Volume and Relief impact for new estimate
Lead Annual Business Plan activities
Requisitos:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
CPA, MBA, or CMA a significant plus
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Sound analytical and technical skills essential.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are required.
Knowledge and application of accounting/financial concepts, practices and techniques.
Knowledge of a variety of computer software packages particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and
General Ledger. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables,
formulas, macros and VLOOKUP functions is preferred.
Knowledge of, and experience in, JDE and SAP is strongly preferred.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device and/or consumer products industries preferred.
Prior supply chain experience is preferred.
Must be self-motivated, team oriented and have excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
