Accounting Clerk Part-Time

Description

Accounting Clerk responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements.

Essential Duties:
You will also run accounting software programs (e.g. QBE) to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts and inventory. A successful accounting assistant should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers.

Skill and Requirements:
2+ years of accounting experience (Including Coop and Internship experience).

Knowledge in QuickBooks

1 + years using Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Good communication skills, written and oral. (English & Spanish)

Excellent accounting knowledge and analytical skills.

Strong organization skills.

Ability to work under time pressures and deadlines.

Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

Education:
Minimum an associate degree or relevant certification is a plus
