Accounting Head Of Department / Controller

GENCO General Contractors is seeking to hire a Full-Time Accounting Head of Department/Controller
The Accounting Head of Department should :
- Manage the operations of the accounting department.
- Maintain a system of accounting policies and procedures.
- Verify transactions on Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables.
- Oversee the invoicing process.
- Oversee the payroll process and assure the compliance of payroll taxes.
- Assure the completion of accounts reconciliations on time.
- Oversee debt management.
- Oversee the filing system that fulfills the record-keeping of important documents.
- Makes sure the accounting information is available and on time for the preparation of Financial
Reports.
- Oversee the accounting operations of Genco's subsidiary Genco Property Group.
- Report results to management.
- Maintain active communication with management.
- Provide timely information to outside auditors and tax filers.
- Maintain communication with the company's tax advisors.
- Monitor the company's compliance with different jurisdiction taxes and reporting requirements.
- Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and coordination of budgeting processes.
